Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Royal Family Limousine LLC. By submitting a reservation request or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Royal Family Limousine LLC provides luxury ground transportation services in New Jersey and surrounding areas, including airport transfers, hourly service, wedding transportation, corporate travel, prom, wine tours, and special events.

All reservation requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and require confirmation by our team before a booking is considered final.

3. Reservation & Confirmation

Submitting a reservation request online does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from Royal Family Limousine LLC along with payment of the required deposit or full amount.

We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon reservation confirmation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, gratuity, and any additional fees for tolls, parking, or after-hours service.

Rates are subject to change. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is the rate that applies to your reservation.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
  • Less than 48 hours before pickup: No refund. The full reservation amount is charged.
  • No-show: The full reservation amount is charged with no refund.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@royalfamilylimo.com. The time of receipt of your email determines whether the 48-hour threshold is met.

In the rare event that Royal Family Limousine LLC must cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund and we will make every effort to arrange alternative transportation.

6. Passenger Conduct

All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if any passenger:

  • Engages in illegal activity inside or around the vehicle.
  • Causes damage to the vehicle or equipment.
  • Threatens or harasses the driver or other passengers.
  • Is visibly intoxicated to a degree that poses a safety risk.

The client who made the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in their party and for any damages caused during the trip.

7. Vehicle Damage

The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers during the reservation period, including but not limited to interior stains, broken fixtures, or excessive cleaning requirements. Damage fees will be assessed at actual cost of repair or cleaning and billed to the client.

8. Delays & Wait Time

Royal Family Limousine LLC will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For airport pickups, complimentary wait time is provided (typically 30 minutes after scheduled pickup for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights). Additional wait time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Royal Family Limousine LLC carries commercial liability insurance as required by the State of New Jersey. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed flights, or missed events, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
